Our essential oil treatment uses a technique which dates back to an ancient Egyptian process. This technique clears the body of negative emotions and increases overall physical well-being. Life Essentials proudly boasts the use of Young Living Essential Oils developed by Dr. Gary Young. A combination of 12 special blends housing 4 to 18 separate oils in each blend, are applied to the body. A 20-25 minute steam follows the application allowing the purity of the oils to be absorbed through the skin. After rinsing in a chlorine-free shower, a moisturizing treatment using ALL 12 special blends finishes this exquisite experience.
*Essential oils are active for 2-5 hours after application

Our hot stone treatment consists of warmed river rock placed on acupressure points of the body! We then conclude with an application of Valor essential oil to the feet and forehead, bringing about a sense of balance.
